Handmade rug cleaning is what we started with. As a third generation in the rug business knowledge of rugs was acquired throughout a lifetime. Selling, cleaning, repairing, and restoration of antique rugs were everyday tasks in the family business.

When asked to clean a handmade rug (especially Persian rug); the first thing we do is identify the rug and determine whether the rug is a city rug or a nomad rug.

Most city rugs are made under scientific supervision, of the government in the country of origin. On the other hand nomad rugs are made in the home of villagers, by work at home moms or kids, and no particular attention has been given to the quality of material; or the dyes used to make the rug. We as a professional rug cleaning service have developed techniques to set the dyes while cleaning nomad rugs.
