1. DUSTING:
Our first step is the most important in helping your rug last.
If you think vacuuming is all it takes to rid your rug of dust, think again. Not even the strongest commercial vacuums can successfully remove dust. Recognizing the fact that dusting is the most important step in the rug cleaning process, we use a procedure (optional) that has, for many years, proved to be the most thorough in dust removal: rug beating.
2. SHAMPOOING:
We go below the surface to clean what you can't see.
The second step in our rug cleaning process is a thorough shampooing of your rug (as depicted) using a specially formulated, Mild, natural cleaning agents deep-clean your rug right down to the foundation to make certain that more than just the surface has been treated.
3. RINSING:
Any other method of cleansing is just losing steam.
The third step is to make sure the rug is rinsed off thoroughly and is free of dirt and suds. This is just as important as shampooing the rug and while the rug is being rinsed it is run through our rollers where all the water is squeezed out of the rug and ready to be transported to our heat chamber, to begin the final step of the rug cleaning process.
4. DRYING:
Following tradition, we let your rug hang loose.
In final step of our rug cleaning process your rug is hung in our climatically-controlled heat chamber which prevents contaminates from developing. Before your rug is returned to you, we put it through individual quality control inspection.
